What does 7 and 8 ply mean, in terms of skateboarding decks? What are the best skateboard trucks available?

I need wheels that won't get flat spots.

usually slalom (cruising down the hills) wheels are great for power sliding. wheels that are hard (high durometer ) are perfect. cus wen u do like a popshuvit on them, they just slide like butter. some good slippery wheels are:
alien workshop, darkstar, flip, element, powell, and RICTA.
also:
surf one, .3dm, abec 11, sector 9 ( longboarding)

okay, the actual brand of wheels doesnt matter as much as the hardness

when you go to the skateshop, you can get either soft, medium or hard wheels

go with hard, they slip and slide around more than the others… i use them for my reverts and pwerslides

    Good luck!
