Are skateboard decks the same shape if they are from the same distributor? independent stage 9 low trucks or destructo low skateboard trucks?

Hey thx for helping. I ride street and rails what type of trucks should i get plz be specific. type,size,low high ect. also what size wheels also be specific i think im going to get a real or girl board i heard they both rock. also what size board does dennis busenitz ride??? he skates for real and adiddas. thx
