What Skateboarding Deck is better: heluim or fiberlight? I want to know if it is possible to recycle skateboard trucks?

I am a noob at skateboarding, and what are good parts for skateboards such as trucks, wheels and bearings?

I heard that independent makes good trucks, and bone swiss makes good bearings.

Indy trucks are all I use anymore, they never break or ware out they seem to be the best. I also like destructo and silver trucks. Bones swiss as you heard are very good bearings I never build a board without them. wheels don't matter except for size, urathane is urathane most of all wheels are made out of it and made the same way. I always just get blanks.

    Deck : Zoo york , baker , plan b , almost
    Trucks : Independent , destructo
    wheeels : spitfire , ricta, bones
    bearings : any bones bearing
    hardware and grip : doesnt matter but mob grip is nice
