How can I avoid one of my skateboard wheels hovering above the ground?

My skateboard has an annoying problem. One of my wheels is always above the ground! The board spent some time half under water so the board might just be warped, but it looks alright. Should I tighten the trucks or the wheels?

loosen the trucks or get new bushings if those some how got warn down some how

    naw u need to loosen the trucks dont tighten itll make it worse…its happened to me b4 but that should work…

    you should leave the wheel alone either u just need to losen up the trucks or tighten them
