Well i got a custom board and i need to know what are some good wheels, trucks and bearings?
Trucks-Depends, if you grind a lot I suggest Independent (but they are expensive and so heavy!) but for light and durable trucks at a reasonable price I'd go with ventures
Wheels-Ricta's or Spitfire's
Bearings-Reds, Black Panthers, and Lucky's (Currently I like my Black panthers over my reds, but I haven't skated lucky's yet but I hear they're good)

this is my setup
bones stf wheels( highly recomend)
tensor response lo trucks (lasted me my whole 2 years of skating)
bones red bearing( the best bearings you can get for dirt cheap)
at the end it's all you though. pick what you like

bearings-
bones swiss (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED expensive)
