Hi! Dude
The Venture Superlight Low are great trucks, really light and i'd recommend them to any beginner.
Venture Superlight Low - I have a pair of ventures but I don't know what series they are from. They are really good, I like them, there kind of low to the ground but that does not matter. They are light and sturdy and grind pretty well. they good beginner trucks so go buy some.
But if you are an advanced user and already using skateboard for more than a year than you can go for high trucks because that are a bit heavy as compared to low trucks and recommended for any advanced user..
I hope this will help you in deciding
Take care
Your Friend,
Puneet

There is only abut .25" difference between lows and highs. There is some difference in geometry to allow for the use of a standard kingpin. The turning radius on low trucks is not as tight as mids or highs. With lows, you need to use smaller wheels or risers to accommodate some wheels.
