I am a noob at skateboarding, and what are good parts for skateboards such as trucks, wheels and bearings? How to move a skateboard without touching the ground?
Dec 28

I am looking into starting a recycling program in my neighborhood where I will take unwanted trucks from skaters and then take them to a recycler.

Yes, they can, but there might be a better option. Think about ways to re-use them.

You could use the wheels to make toy cars, and give them to younger kids to play with.

You could even make skateboards out of them…then give them to other less fortunate kids.

what are the trucks made of? find out what kind of metal they are made of and then find a recycling center near you that recycles that kind of metal…..

Most deep 6 + 1 skate boarders want something that they know can take the pounding of a two wheel landing and not snap off and they are

Kind of like road kill on a sidewalk

Yes you can recycle it, If the truck cndition is decent, you may install it into another skate that would be better, but if the truck is already broken, then you have to sell it in waste steel price.

I don't quite know what a 'skate board truck' is, but now the universe is going all PLEASE RECYCLE ME, so most likely it would be.
For exact info there is google.com, wiki…, parents, friends, possibly skateboard shops, ect…
I know this isn't helpful, but I feel better for making the world better one answer at a time.
