They (home depot) won't make it. They may refer you to a craftsman that they recommend, but $ is very vague at this time.

Home Depot does not build anything, they contract with tradesmen to install products purchased from them.
To know the cost, figure out the cost of the materials and times by 3 to 5. Example: If the materials cost $50 it will cost you between $150 and $250 on average to have a licensed contractor build the ramp, if he would even do it.
Try to find a handyman or contractor in your area and ask him or an employee if they would do it on the side. Better yet, take a class or get a book and do it yourself, you never know it might be easy…

I would not have Home Depot do anything for me cause all they do is sub-contract the work out. If you been watching the news about Home Depot sub-contractors, they have nothing but complaints……Then you try to have Home Depot try to fix the problems and they don't want anything to do with it.
So beware of Home Depot and it's sub-contractors……

they can give you an idea of the cost involved but they will not build it for you unless you have a friend that is handy and works there
