What kind of ramp? 1/2 pipe, 1/4 pipe, kicker, spine, launch ramp, or pyramid? Look on line at the bigger shops websites. There is usually a book of plans. It takes a little skill to get the transitions right but they aren't really all that hard.
Also try Thrashers website they used to sell plans back in the day.
