I was trying to buy a skateboard, but i dont know what company or anything. I need some opinions on what is the best board, and trucks and so on.
There isn't a "best skateboard" that you can buy. However, with that said, DON'T buy a skateboard from WalMart or Sports Academy, etc.
Go to a skateshop. Some boards will be skinnier/longer than others. See what feels comfortable for you.
Depending on what kind of skating your thinking about getting into - like ramp/street/both…you'll have to base your decision off that.
Generally, any truck will do fine. I've always used either Independent or Royals.
Your wheels decision should be based off whether you're going to ride ramp/street. Ramp wheels are bigger/fatter, street wheels are smaller.
If you want to do both ramp/street, there are sizes in between that you can choose from.
Just talk to one of the people in the shop and they should be cool with helping you set something up!
Have fun!
