I am an intermediate-level skateboarder. The board I have right now is my friends old one and it is a vert board, but I need a street one. I so not have a lot of money so I need something cheap. However, I want it to be good quality. I do not care about the brand.
Eh try a dgk(dirty ghetto kid) board. super light, lots of pop, and very durable. ELEMENT= sucky.
heres some websites you can find good skateboards at:

go here: http://stores.ebay.com/WSTWO-Cheap-Skateboards
they have tons of the best quality decks that come with decent trucks and wheels and i personally think the deck is only thing to worry about being the best quality some brands i like are enjoi, almost, and habitat but theres tons of other that have pretty much the same quality

Go for a FRACTURE DRIPS DECK. Very cheap and strong and light. I personally always skate FRACTURE when i can, i am not sponsored or on flow so i always am strapped for cash and these things come in great. The cheapest i can find it is here :http://www.routeone.co.uk/ProductDetails.aspx?CurrentCategory=Departments%7cskate%7cSkateboardCompletes&ProdId=36486
they are available in loads of different colours and sizes as well.
enjoy.

Stop by http://www.westcoastskateboardz.com
There are some great deals on the site. I have heard many great things about the site. Longboards are like $80 and complete blanks are like $40.
They seem to have a lot of variety. Why spend a ton on a pro board when you can get a decent blank complete for about $40 which will last you just as long? Get some cool stikers on it and no one will even know the difference! Shred it up!
