hmm… it depends how how cheap you are talking about…heres what i would probably choose, keep in mind that i am most likely reffering to using internet.
1-30$– walmart,target,toys r'us(are always offbrands)
30-70$–mostlikely ebay
70-$ i like using a site called activemailorder.com they have a variety of brands and prices vary from cheap like 20$ to expensive like 200$

im kind of new to skateboarding so i just want a good skateboard thats cheap like from $20-$40 dollars worth of a skateboard. where can i find one thats not from online?
There are all kinds of complete boards at the price range at The big discount stores like Wal-Mart, etc.
For a beginner, the deck and trucks should be good enough for you.
From my experience, the first thing to give even a beginner trouble with these are the bushings(WAY to loose and spongy after a few days), the bearings (nobody can skate with a frozen bearing) and the wheels themselves( poor urethane resulting in difficulty riding on anything other than perfect pavement.
You can always swap the bearings, wheels and bushings later, but it's an expensive way to go.
I'd recommend starting out with a $50-$60 complete instead, it will be easier to use, and won't require upgrading so soon.
Even after upgrading the wheels, bearings, and bushings on the cheap one, you will find that the next thing that will happen is the truck itself will crack and break!

My 10 year old is really into skateboarding and wants a element skateboard. I need the complete board not just deck. And just a regular skate ramp. He is really wanting this for x-mas and I am on a budget. Thanks

Why does my mom buy me cheap skateboards for christmas like kryptonics but i dont want to say i dont like it then it will make my mom sad what should i do?
ROFL, just tell her that these boards break twice as fast, and that they waste quick. And it would be cheaper to buy a real board in the long run
