There are alot of tricks i know i can land suxh as a kick flip, or ollie over obsticles…. but I am terrified of actually landing them….Does anyone know anyting to help me conquer this fear?
throw on some pads and a helmet. You will feel safer and the falls won;t hurt as bad
like, the absolute lightest skateboard trucks, really, light.
also, which ones turn good, because mine are terrible

I have skateboarded for years and have noticed that brands of wheels really do no matter as long as they are pro. If you are street skating try getting size 50mm-53mm. Park try 54-56. And bowl-riding only try 60mm. Also a harder wheel makes it easier to slide and they wear down slower, and a softer wheel will wear down quicker and you will have more difficulty powerslide, but will roll better on rough surfaces. Hope this helps.

yeh I think in your case they would be but like in terms of shoes that should be worn during sport (aside from skating) i think you should stick to runners
but I’m sure they wont have a problem with you working in skate shoes

So I was watching VH1 last night and they were talking about oldschool Nicole Richie. Her personal trainer said she hated working out so he found this piece of equipment because it was fun and kept her occupied while still toning her legs. It's like a skateboard type thing.. a board that lies on a cylinder, and the cylinder rolls around on the floor and you're supposed to balance on the board while standing up on it.
It's called either a Bongo Board or a Pivit. Either way it's a variation of a balance board.
