I've been skating for a few months, but I am constantly twisting and turning my weak ankles. I skate in high top converse now, which don't really work because of the weak canvas. So does anybody have any ideas or suggestions for shoes?
And no, I'm not gonna put my converse in a larger skate shoe

I was looking at CCS.COM and I was just wondering when you build a complete skateboard do they send it to you complete? Or do they send it to you not complete and you have to build it? Thanks!
Most skate shops will sell it completely built and all you have to do is tweak it a little bit. If CCS sells is not completely built then all you have to do is put it together ( HINT: if you cant put a skateboard together you probably shouldn't be skating unless its your first board if it is find a friend who will show you how to build it and the basics)
It can be for baseball or football, or more intense like downhill biking or skateboarding, or even foods like vitamin water or food bars, ect. Anything. Any ideas? Thanks!

I am just starting out skateboarding and wanted to know what the best skateboard was that i could start off with is.
If you're in the UK then I would recommend trying Rollersnakes (www.rollersnakes.co.uk). I ordered my board last Thursday on three day shipping, and lo and behold it turned up on Friday!
I would recommend buying the cheapest board you can find that is of a decent quality. I bought a Stateside Voltage Decades Hippy board and couldn't be more pleases with it. Good luck!!
I dont like the shape of the cruiser decks, so I was planning on getting a regular trick board complete set (wheels, trucks, and deck) and adjusting the trucks to a cruiser. Or is it possible to buy cruiser trucks and put them on a normal deck.
Either way would work. I use Indys with stock yellow bushings on my mini cruiser. You will want to use medium or soft bushings and keep the trucks loose. For cruising, big soft wheels are a must. They will go over cracks and debris easier than trick wheels and give a more comfortable ride.
